Shipping Terms

All orders will be shipped no later than three business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Shipping and handling costs will be added to the final invoice for all items shipped by post.

Shipping costs within Poland:
InPost or Poczta Polska – 12 PLN

Shipping costs abroad:
Poczta Polska – 10 EUR for crosses, medals, and other small items, and 20 EUR for bayonets, daggers, and other large items.

Shipping terms can be individually agreed upon upon request.

We make every effort to ensure that each item is securely and professionally packaged to arrive in the same condition in which it was listed and sold.

A tracking number will be provided to the buyer immediately after shipment.

Note: Once the item is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. In the event of loss, theft, or damage during transportation, Breslau Militaria is not responsible, and the buyer remains liable for the full purchase price.

Payment Terms

By purchasing an item, the buyer agrees to make payment within 5 days of the end of the sale, unless otherwise agreed directly with Breslau Militaria.
If full payment is not received within 7 days from the invoice date, Breslau Militaria reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

   All PayPal fees (approx. 3%) are the buyer’s responsibility.
   You may also use the “Friends & Family” (FF) option to avoid fees.

1. Breslau Militaria must be notified (by email or phone) within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. All items must be received in Breslau Militaria, Poland, in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase.

3. Cleaning, disassembly, replacement, substitution of parts or damage to the purchased item will void the right of return.

4. The buyer assumes responsibility and risk for return shipping.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods at our office.
